Managing Director
Per McKinnell
Per McKinnell combines over 35 years of experience in international logistics with extensive expertise in the development of Industrial Logistics Real Estate. This dual competence creates trust among investors, partners and municipalities.
His aim is not only to implement projects, but to create values: economically efficient, ecologically responsible and supported by partnership. He combines strategic vision with pragmatic implementation skills.
Whether it’s location analysis, project development or dialogue with investors, Per McKinnell stands for transparency, fairness and long-term solutions. His goal: to create sustainable structures that benefit companies, municipalities and users alike.
Managing Director
Stefan Harder
Stefan Harder can look back on nearly 25 years of experience in the real estate industry.
He began his career with a two-and-a-half-year apprenticeship in the field of residential property management (WEG) and rental management.
He subsequently positioned himself in the marketing and consultancy of commercial real estate for owners and tenants. Since then, his focus has remained on the asset classes of logistics, industrial, and corporate real estate.
After approximately 12 years in leadership positions at national and international real estate consultancy firms, he continued his career as Managing Director for a family-run commercial real estate developer.
Stefan Harder is a certified real estate economist (DIA).
In 2020, he founded LOGAREA Development GmbH with the goal of private real estate investment. Consequently, Mr. Harder ended his employment as an employee on December 31, 2021, and now dedicates himself to the further development of LOGAREA Development and LOGAREA Invest GmbH.
In the first quarter of 2022, he also joined GB Cie GmbH as a partner. GB Cie. is also an owner-managed commercial real estate developer based in Fürth, Bavaria.
